If you're on a business visa attending meeting for your company and wish your spouse to join along with you later so you both can spend time together.

Following documents will be required to file your spouse's tourist visa.

Personal Information:

1. Original valid passport
2. Original marriage certificate
3. Spouse's educational degree certificate(s)

If your spouse is working:

1. NOC / leave sanctioned letter from his/her company on company letter head paper.
2. Original appointment letters.
3. All increment / promotion letters.

Financial Information:

If your spouse is working:

1. Latest 6 months salary account bank statements with stamp and signature from bank.
2. Latest 6 months saving account bank statements with stamp and signature from bank.
3. Investment statements from your broker (e.g. equity holding statements, mutual fund investment statements, fixed deposits, recurring deposits, bond investments)
4. Latest 6 months pay slips with stamp and signature on it from his/her company.
5. Last 3 year's Form-16/ITR

If your spouse is not working and financially dependent on you:

1. Your's all documents mentioned above in Financial Information section for spouse.

Sponsor Letters from Your Company:

If your company is sponsoring her travel and accommodation then

1. Invitation letter

2. Sponsorship letter

3. Once Visa arrives then Immigration letter
